Cquen Consulting provides accounting, bookkeeping, virtual CFO, and related advisory services (the "Services"). Specific scopes and fees are outlined in separate engagement letters or proposals.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely information and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g., HMRC, IRS, Companies House).
• Pay invoices by the due date specified.

3. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We maintain client confidentiality and protect Personal Data in accordance with UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and applicable US privacy laws. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use data.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cquen Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the Services giving rise to the claim.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. For US clients, federal and state laws may also apply. Disputes will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales unless otherwise agreed.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
